Will BECCA products or formulas change in any way now that BECCA is owned by The Estée Lauder Companies?
BECCA’s beloved products and formulas will remain the same. We believe light is the essence of beauty. We are dedicated to each and every one of our fans and your own individual take on beauty. That’s why we are committed to being inclusive and creating products in balanced shade ranges for all skin tones, from fairest to deepest. Are BECCA products Gluten Free? Are they vegan?
BECCA Cosmetics does not claim any of our products are gluten free or vegan.
Do BECCA products contain parabens?
Most BECCA products are paraben-free; however, some are not. We’ve included a full listing of ingredients for each product on the product page and specify claims like “paraben-free” in the Details and Ingredients tab of each page.
Why does the order of the ingredients differ based on place-of-purchase?
It is important our Ingredient Labels comply with mandated regulations and guidelines in the different countries in which our products are sold. As we grow internationally and update packaging for global regions, you may notice some small changes to the label. For example, in the European Union (EU) Mica is not considered a ‘colorant or pigment” and would be featured in the body of the Ingredient Label. Whereas, in the United States (US), Mica is considered a colorant, and therefore listed before the "May Contain" section of the Ingredient Label. These updates do not impact product formulas in any way, the changes apply to packaging only, strictly to meet necessary labeling requirements in each region in which we offer BECCA merchandise.
Why does BECCA re-release shades from Limited Edition products?
When a product or shade is Limited Edition, it means we have produced a limited number of quantity. When a product or shade is permanent it means production is ongoing and items can be constantly restocked. Our #BECCABeauties are our guiding light and when we hear your requests for Limited Edition shades to be made part of the permanent BECCA collection, we work hard to make these requests a reality. This was the case with our Luminous Blush in Blushed Copper, Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter Champagne Pop and Prosecco Pop.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Can I choose a specific time of day for my delivery?
The local carrier may reach out to you with this option, but unfortunately this is not possible in majority of cases.
Can I have my order delivered to my PO Box?
Yes, PO Box delivery is possible.
Can I change my delivery address?
Shipping address changes are possible prior to your order being shipped. Please contact our team at email@example.com to request any changes. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.
When will I receive my item and how can I track my delivery?
What happens if I’m not at my delivery address to receive my order?
If the local carrier has been unable to complete delivery, and there is no suitable place or instructions as to where they can safely leave the package, then eShopWorld will send an email to you to advise of the delivery attempt. The carrier will also contact you or leave a notification with instructions on next steps to be taken to receive your delivery.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the from the date you receive your order and a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping, will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used or worn products, as determined by BECCA or products not bought online at beccacosmetics.com. Please see below for information regarding international returns.

How do I pack my item for return?
Please pack your items in its original packaging, ensuring your package is securely closed.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return will be shipped to return hub specified on your return label. Once received in our Hub, we will process immediately, and your refund will be credited to your original form pf payment within 3-5 business days.
Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?
You will receive a full refund for your return where it is deemed that BECCA are at fault for the return e.g. Damaged Goods. All other returns will have the shipping cost deducted from their refund.
Duties & Taxes
Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Duties and Taxes are included in our product prices, so you will not have to pay any additional fees on receipt of your goods.
Note, for Canada Orders, Sales Tax is calculated at checkout, according to the territory of your shipment.

Which currencies can I shop in?
BECCA offers multiple currencies to help your shopping experience. The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed on the product page and at checkout before completing your purchase.
When will my card be charged?
If you pay by debit card or PayPal you will be charged at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping. Please note your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.
