Return Policy

BECCA accepts returns of any unused or gently-used product purchased from our Site, along with proof of purchase, within 60 days for a full refund.

Please use the prepaid UPS return label included with your order to mail your purchase back to BECCA or contact Customer Care for assistance.

Kindly allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be received by our Warehouse and processed.

A reimbursement will be issued to the original card-of-payment once return processing completes.

We appreciate your understanding that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

BECCA does not accept returns from merchandise purchased at other retailers and encourages you to reach out to your place-of-purchase to explore available options.

Exchanges

Though BECCA does not currently offer exchanges within a single order, our generous return policy allows up to 60 days to return unused or gently-used merchandise for a full reimbursement. A new, separate order may be placed at any time to obtain the item you wish to have instead.

We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If for any reason, you would like to return the products you ordered, you can avail of our 60-day returns policy, which covers you for 60 days from the date you receive your order.

Damaged Returns

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage, and email the photo to our Customer Care team at care@beccacosmetics.com . Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.

Return Item(s)

Should you decide to return an item, please follow this procedure:

We accept:
1. Login to the return portal (linked below).
2. Enter your order number and email address and select ‘Submit’.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Choose a reason for your return from the dropdown menu, and click ‘Continue’.
5. On the next screen a label will be generated. This must be printed and attached to your package. Note: Upon completion you will receive a ‘Return initiated’ confirmation via email. When the return is received and accepted at the designated return centre, a ‘Return Acknowledgement’ email will be sent, advising your refund status
