Key Ingredients:

Use the lighter end of the BECCA Nude Lip Liner Pencil to trace outside the lip line to create the illusion of fuller-looking lips and to help prevent lipstick from bleeding. Use the colour end to define the lip, set a base beneath lip tints or lipsticks.

BECCA Nude Lip Liner Pencil can also be used to make eyes appear larger. Apply the nude side of the liner directly to the water line.
