- Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund.
- We regret, original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. For assistance, please contact Beauty Assistance.
- We recommend using an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx or UPS) to ensure safe and prompt deliver. Please retain your shipping receipt, BECCA is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your package is received and processed by the BECCA Returns Department, typically within 10 business days of receipt, your refund will be processed and the credit applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 billing cycles for your credit adjustment to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.

Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-855-44-BECCA (1-855-442-3222). The carrier will inspect and pick-up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
