Our order guide tells you everything you need to know to place an order and what to expect after completing the order.


What is the easiest way to find what I need?

Use our side bar navigation to locate the category and product you are looking for.

Browse

  • Select the product category you are looking for.
  • For larger categories, use the sub-catogory links to further narrow your search.
  • If you aren't looking for anything in particular, we recommend visiting the New at BECCA and Best Sellers sections.

Search

If you know the name of the particular product or shade you are looking for, you can enter it into the search bar located in the top right corner. Results are clearly shown with images and links to shop.

How do I add an item to my basket?

Once you've found the product you'd like to purchase, you can begin the ordering process.

Select the shade you'd like either by clicking on the swatch or selecting from the drop down menu. If the shade you'd like is not in the drop down menu it may be out of stock, please contact Customer Service via email or 1.855.442.3222 to inquiry further.

Adjust the quantity if desired and click the "Add to basket" button.

After the product you selected is successfully added to your basket you can continue shopping via the side bar navigation or search bar.

How do I complete my order?

Once you've added an item to your basket, you will be able to view your item(s), adjust quantities and remove items.

Enter your Promotional Code Before continuing with the checkout process. After you click the "Apply code" button, you will see the item or discount be added to your basket details.

Click Check Out Now Here you will be promoted to log-in if you are a registered customer, register as a new customer or check out as a guest. We recommend creating an account if you don't already have one, it will speed up the checkout process for future orders.

Delivery Address If you are a registered customer you can select a previously entered address. If you are not a registered customer, enter your shipping address details and click Dispatch to this Address.

Delivery Method Select the delivery method of your choice. UPS Ground Shipping is complimentary everyday with a $50 purchase.

Billing Address If you are a registered customer you can select a previously entered address. If you are not a registered customer, enter your shipping address details and click Use as billing address.

Order Summary & Payment This is your final chance to review your order before you complete your order. After reviewing your order, please enter your billing information and click Make payment and complete your order

Order Confirmation Your order has been successfully submitted, record your order number for your reference. You will receive an email confirming your order shortly.

What should I expect after I've completed my order?

  • You will receive an email confirming your order was accepted and is being processed.
  • Your bank statement will show a pending charge for the amount of your purchase.
  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive another email confirmation this time including the UPS tracking number for your order and a link to the track your package online.
  • Your payment will be captured, moving the pending charge into paid status on your bank statement.
