The first exhibit in the revamped Costume Institute will celebrate the 20th century American designer Charles James.

The Manhattan Cocktail Classic

Multiple Locations
Throughout four boroughs, individual events for this five-day classic take place in bars, restaurants, art galleries, museums, theaters and more.

National 9/11 Memorial and Museum
Opening on May 21st
World Trade Center
Following a May 15th ceremony the long-awaited museum will be open around the clock for 9/11 family members, rescue and recovery workers and others directly affected by the 2001 attacks before opening to the public on May 21st.

Dairy Queen
May 8th – Aug 10th
Opening mid-to-late May
All of us non-Manhattan natives can soon get a taste of home at Dairy Queen’s first Manhattan location.

Tavern on the Green
54 West 14th Street
Grand re-opening May 13th
Under new ownership, this New York City staple is reopening its doors for a dinner only soft opening on April 24th and a grand opening (including brunch & lunch!) on May 13th.
