SHIPPING TERMS

BECCA processes most orders within 24 hours of receipt during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, subject to global region. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00pm PST, except on holidays. Overnight Service and 2nd Day shipping orders, placed by 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

Orders being sent to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority Service. Restrictions may apply.

BECCA accepts orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), however restrictions may apply.

Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us or call (415) 553 8972.

BECCA offers the following shipping options for your convenience:

  • Standard Service: Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most orders destined for PO Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days from the order's ship date.
  • 2nd Day Service: Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
  • Overnight Service: Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

*All purchases are subject to bank or credit card authorization and approval prior to processing. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does meet these criteria.

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.


PRODUCT PRICING AND TAXES

Prices displayed on this website are quoted in USD currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and will be added to the order automatically.

BECCA is required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping and handling) for the following states:
Orders are taxable (excluding shipping and handling) for the following states: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas.

BECCA and Cosmetic Developments Limited accept the following credit cards for online purchases:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For your convenience, BECCA accepts international orders based on global region. Please refer to www.beccacosmetics.com to select your region. All order placed from "Other Regions" will be fulfilled through the United States unless special circumstances apply.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you enjoy your BECCA online purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with a BECCA product ordered online, please return it to BECCA within 30 days with your original receipt in order for us to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

Please note that only items purchases on www.beccacosmetics.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store or other online retailer will not be accepted.

All refunds are credited to the original pay method.

Please send your package via an insured and prepaid method such as FED EX or USPS to insure safe and prompt delivery when you are returning or exchanging a purchase. Please include your packing slip or invoice number and denote the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. BECCA is not responsible for returned articles lost in transit.

Instructions for returns and/or exchanges will be included with the invoice enclosed with your order. A pre-printed label is provided for your convenience.

When items are purchased as a set, BECCA is only able to accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 14 business days from the time the return is received.

If you are returning a gift, please denote this on the return form. Gift returns can only be exchanged; refunds are not available unless a receipt is presented.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling 415.553.8972. If possible, the carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged product will be replaced.


ORDER STATUS & QUESTIONS

To verify the shipping status of your order, please view your profile or contact us.

If you have an account with BECCA online, you have the ability to check the status of your most recent order by logging into your profile and visiting the Order Status.

If you do not have an account set up with BECCA, please email our Customer Service department or call 415.553.8972 with any questions you may have about your order.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be displayed if a tracking number has been attributed to your order by the carrier. To track your order via a carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the estimated delivery status of your order.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, which may include:

  • Items are not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to the address which was provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Customer request for cancellation

If you order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact BECCA's Customer Service Department at 415.553.8972 or via email.


ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock or unavailable at the time of your order, you will be notified via email. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock they will be shipped to you. You are only charged for items which have been shipped. If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 415.553.8972 and we will gladly assist you.
