Returns

We hope you enjoy your BECCA online purchases.

Should you wish to return any products purchased online, please return it to BECCA within 30 days, with your original receipt for us to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

Returns/Refunds will only be accepted for unopened/unused or faulty products.

Please note that only items purchased on www.beccacosmetics.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store or other online retailer will not be accepted.

No payment details are kept on file, therfore we will require payment information to be provided to process all valid refunds.

Please send your package via an insured and prepaid method such as FEDEX to insure safe and prompt delivery when you are returning or exchanging a purchase. Please include your packing slip or invoice number and denote the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. BECCA is not responsible for returned articles lost in transit.

When items are purchased as a set, BECCA is only able to accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 7 business days from the time the return is received.

If you are returning a gift, please denote this on the return form. Gift returns can only be exchanged; refunds are not available unless a receipt is presented.

Damaged packaging

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling + 61 2 8095 8112. If possible, the carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged product will be replaced.
